Summer semester. Students also residing on campus for the upcoming Fall semester will

assignment at the end of the Summer semester will be required to completely vacate
their Summer housing room assignment.
- No extensions for summer housing will be offered for students transitioning to off-campus

Any student who does not meet this criteria will be required to vacate their Summer housing room assignment at the end of the Summer semester.
*Students taking a Summer II course are eligible to complete the full summer housing
application and arrive in June if they are pre-registered for a Summer II academic
course. If the student unenrolls prior to the course beginning, they will be required
to vacate within 48 hours after course withdrawal and will be assessed a prorated
housing and dining charge based on date of vacate. The contract cancellation fee will
apply. If a student re-enrolls, the full cost of housing and dining will be added
back.

you DO NOT need to book a Move-In Appointment.
IF YOU DO NOT YET HAVE A ROOM ASSIGNMENT FOR FALL 2025, YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE A MOVE-IN APPOINTMENT.
Please be patient as the 91ÖÆƬ³§AV ÔÚÏß¿´Housing team is working daily to process cancellations, which often opens a room space and allows for new assignments to be made. When any open room becomes available, you will be assigned automatically to that room and an update will be sent to your JagMail informing you of the new room assignment.
If you absolutely need to go ahead and make travel plans for a certain day, please do so for Saturday, August 16, 2025, and our team will accommodate those plans.
To help make your transition to college life as smooth as possible, move in information is posted here.
Don’t forget to check your JagMail frequently so you don’t miss important emails! We're looking forward to seeing you on campus!
