91ÖÆƬ³§AV ÔÚÏß¿´Health recognizes that there is value in open communication regarding the balance of accountability for behavioral choices that affect performance and accountability for system weaknesses that need correction. Therefore, 91ÖÆƬ³§AV ÔÚÏß¿´Health has adopted procedures to identify and provide avenues of communication to assess whether and how progressive discipline is applied. In an effort to mitigate safety concerns, 91ÖÆƬ³§AV ÔÚÏß¿´Health has adopted a policy of Fair and Just Culture to evaluate situations, errors, and mistakes as a precursor to the progressive discipline policy.
